STEP 1:   Choose a Flat Fee Package - online or call us at (925) 391-1133, we can help you place your order. 

 

STEP 2:   You can choose Additional Marketing Tools –  once you have chose your Flat Fee Package, our system will automatically present you with additional Marketing Tools that you may find useful. 

 

STEP 3:   Create Your Profile – tell us about you, the date you want to be listed on the MLS, select a username and create a password to access your Property Portal.

 

STEP 4:   Create Your Property Profile - dont worry if you're not ready to go live on the MLS,  this process works best by starting in advance. Tell us about your home and upload photos if you have them. You can add the photos at any time.

 

STEP 5:   Listing Agreement – after you have picked a Flat Fee Package, created Your Profile, and Your Property Profile, we will send you a standard listing agreement. You can sign it electronically (we will set up) or print and sign if you would like.

 

STEP 6:   Access Your Property Portal – once the agreement is signed and returned, you will have full access to your easy to use Property Portal and everything your Flat Fee Package includes. There you will find video tutorials, step by step checklist and all the documents you will need, available at your finger tips 24/7. You can create a flyer, add or change photos, schedule an open house and more. You will also have a MLS input form to give us the information exactly how you want it presented on the MLS. 

 

STEP 7:   We List Your Home on the MLS -  on the day you tell us you want to be listed. Within minutes, your home will be syndicated to Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and a lot more. You will have access to your Property Portal for as long as our agreement is in place.  

 

STEP 8:   Show Your Home - Agents and brokers will contact you to show your home, or you can use our "ShowingTime" scheduling service. 

  • If a real estate agent sells your home, you will pay the buyer's agent commission determined by you (typically 2.5%) paid through escrow.
  • If you sell on your own, directly to a buyer without a real estate agent, you pay NO commission.
